I'm building Calm Keel: a live view of per-client profitability for small marketing agencies. Which accounts earn their keep, which quietly eat the month — as a number you can see while it's happening, not a spreadsheet you reconstruct at tax time.

It's early, and I'll be straight about that: there is no product to buy yet. Right now I'm doing the unglamorous part — asking agency owners how they actually track their margins today, and listening.
